Joe & Donnie and the rest of the maintenance team are fantastic. I've lived here for three years and they have always responded quickly to any emergency or simple fix. The team does a great job of keeping the neighborhood clean and safe and are very respectful of our homes. Great place to live 🙌

Joe and the rest of the maintenance guys are awesome! They are always quick to come fix any issues with my apt, which somehow always happens after-hours. Despite all of the maintenance issues that I’ve been having the last 7 months, the guys have always pulled through to fix them. The administrative team are also very friendly and helpful as well!

This apartment complex has demonstrated a consistent pattern of racial discrimination, negligence, and disregard for tenant rights and safety. When I applied, this complex was recommended by a white female coworker who I supervise. We work for the same employer and submit the same type of paystubs. Despite that, management claimed my paystubs were “unverifiable.” I was then required to submit bank statements for two separate accounts because my paycheck was split. That still wasn’t enough. They demanded additional paystubs, then told me to wait until the next month’s statements posted so I could submit those too. At that point, they were asking for SEVEN forms of income verification — all while claiming the original documents were “unverifiable.” Meanwhile, someone with the same employer

If I could give Joe on the maintenance team 100 stars I absolutely would! He came to fix my garbage disposal and it was nothing but a pleasant experience. He was professional, respectful, efficient and super friendly. He is definitely a huge asset to the Hamilton Greene staff and we’re lucky to have him here! Thank you Joe!!

Joe has been great for the maintenance department. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He makes sure we are taken care of. We love Hamilton Greene and the community.
