Tanglewood Village Apartments

It’s been two month since my moved to Tanglewood. I would like to say the office staff has been wonderful. Rachel has made such a smooth transition for me. She has been exceptional. The maintenance staff has been very attentive and with minor adjustments they get right to the fix. Friendly neighbors is a big plus as a great choice for choosing Tanglewood

Rachel was very nice but there is some error in the text we got saying we get death benefits. I don't get death benefits. She said we don't make enough to afford a one bedroom but we been renting a 3 bedroom from 10 years at 1,600 a month no utility's included and never late once for rent.I don't understand what happened.

Wish there was an option for NO STARS. This was not a pleasant place to live. (2012-2016.) Claims to be pet friendly and smoke free. Pets are only allowed in a certain building, and they charge $25 per month for a cat, and even more for a dog! Smokers still smoke in their apartments even though they sign a lease saying they won't, and it's not just cigarettes, if you catch my drift. Those that go outside stand close to the building and the smoke comes in through your windows. Some hang around to smoke by the dumpster, tossing lit cigarette butts inside. Complain to manager who does nothing about it, and then, suddenly your rent gets increased. Manager is nice to you at first, just to get you signed into a lease, then he becomes a jerk with a sort of passive aggressive personality. Rent i

My husband and I have lived here for 3 years. We live on the 3rd floor and it is so peaceful and quiet. We love the staff, they are so pleasant and respond quickly to calls! The pool here is really nice and very clean. I love laying out, very rarely is it full. The gym is minimal, but it serves the purpose. I use it often. Overall, we have had a very good experience here!

Horrific. Completely unfriendly to any handicapp and visitors. Visited someone for a couple of hours and they towed my car when parking in my friends parking lot. Currently on short term disability for Torn ligaments in the bottom of my foot(in a boot) and im not supposed to walk on it if possible. Visitor center is about a quarter of a mile from where the complex is and thats where all visitors are expected to park. Property manager says "well yeah you need to walk no exception" "gotta pay attention" charged me 140 dollars to get my car back. Didn't care about the situation and then blamed his tenants for allowing this stuff to happen. They pull out cars all day according to the TOW TRUCK company, THE POLICE DEPARTMENT and TOWN HALL. The tow truck company even stated the property manager
