You will either have an internal home issue, neighbor issue, rat issue, management issue, parking issue, mail issue. Just please, please if you made it this far to this review, don’t waste your time or money here. If I could grab your phone through this message and chunk it to freaking Antarctica, that’s how serious I am! NEXT LOCATION!!!

Tyler is working hard to make this place wonderful for his tenants. The old reviews cancel out since he wasn't around during that time. Maintenance is up on everything 24/7 & the team works hard! We needed a roof over our heads and getting into our apartment was easier than we could've ever expected. The interiors are being renovated with stainless steel appliances, hardwood flooring, etc. There are a few questionable neighbors here and there, but hey that's life. 😂 Other than that, the apartments themselves are perfect. Just stay to yourself & you'll be alright here!

I been trying to reach the landlord about renting an apartment there and his phone seems to be disconnected and that is the only number that posted to call

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND! My toilet has been clogged for 4 days now! Feces is literally just sitting in the toilet. Landlord was notified day 1 and still hasn’t come fix the issue. Literally didn’t even want to put a star but it’s the only way to post it. New management is needed IMMEDIATELY!
