Shady Oaks Apartments

This is a great place to live! It’s very affordable compared to other apartment complexes that offer a pool and fitness center. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the landscaping is always well taken care of. During the winter, the property managers are excellent about keeping the snow cleared. The community is quiet, parking is plentiful, and overall it’s been a wonderful home for the past three years. The management team truly takes great care of their residents.

Absolutely love living here. The staff in the leasing office are great. Every time there’s been a maintenance issue it was corrected quickly. The grounds are kept super clean and neat. My neighbors have all been very friendly with no issues. The location is awesome because it’s relatively quiet but still close to everything on rt 2 with quick highway access. Really have no complaints in the eight months I’ve been here.

Nice clean grounds. Quiet living. When there is ever a problem they take care of it right away. The staff are all very nice people and care about your concerns. Amber and her staff are very polite and friendly. They go out of their way to accommodate your concerns. I highly recommend living here at Pilgrim Park.

Shady Oaks is convenient to Rt 2 and easy access to Rt 95. The Apartments are affordable with washer and dryer in ea building. The grounds are well kept with Snow Removal in winter. One of the Best parts of living here is you can bring your best friend, Shady Oaks is dog friendly..

I love my apartment more than every other place the save place quite and green area the pool every thing is prefect i have to say lets enjoy from our life in shady oaks ❤️
