Word to the wise, do not leave a deposit until you see the apartment. Of course, I did not know this and this company took advantage of me and stole almost 2000.00 from me. This was just a deposit. The unit was not available for showing as the current tenants were in the process of moving out. I had to wait for a few days to see it, but I did leave a deposit because I needed a place to live and there was nothing out there at the time. When I saw the apartment, I was not happy with it for many reasons. I called Diversified Funding, told them I was not taking the apartment, and they said that they were keeping my deposit. Extremely bad business. I was in a difficult situation, and this company made it 10 times worse. Hit someone when they are down. That's their philosophy. I believe in Karma

I don't have an apartment here yet, but I really wanted to review this company based on my application process. Everyone I've spoken to about my application has been incredibly kind and respectful. I can't wait to love in one of these units.
