Mike is very friendly and knowledgeable. He arrived 15 minutes early and started the inspection promptly. He had plenty of tools (ladders, lights, cameras, moisture meter) to complete all tasks. Even though the house was small (~620 sq. ft.) the inspection took over 2.5 hours, he is very thorough! He went through every inch of the house including the tiny attic and wet crawl space. It was a pleasure during business with him and I’ll recommend to him to anyone in the area!

My wife and I used Mike for two inspections. Thankfully, Mike goes so above and beyond with his inspection process that he saved us from our initial buy (leading us to purchasing a much better home for around the same price). What I love about Mike is his attention to detail and his honesty.
