Greenwich Place Apartments

We recently moved into the Greenwich Place apartments, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. The space is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light that makes it feel warm and welcoming. Everything is well maintained, from apartments themselves to the community areas. The atmosphere is peaceful, and it already feels like home. Overall, these apartments are truly lovely, and we are excited to settle in and enjoy living here. Also, Michele and Gina are absolutely outstanding! Greenwichplace is a very nice place to call home for now. The office staff, Gina and Michelle are very pleasant and helpful. If you have any questions or concerns they are pretty much available 24/7 unlike othe places that don't get back to you right away. They will even help set up maintenance issues if for some reason you are not able to access the portal. Speaking of the Maintenance Dept. Mark and Richard are accessible through the portal or just go to the office during business hours. The maintenance staff will set up a time that works for the tenants to complete what's needed to be repaired or adjusted. We love living here! Michelle and Gina in the front office are wonderful and very accommodating with any questions or issues. Dan and Richard are the best maintenance team! Whenever we had a problem in our apartment and had to put in a work order, they came and fixed the issue the next day. The property is always beautiful, quiet and well maintained.

Our meeting with Gina Graziano was a delightful experience! She has a energetic quality with a positive attitude! It has been many years since I have lived in an apartment. Michelle was very helpful with the initial process and Gina got me through the application process very smoothly. They made a stressful time very comfortable. I know we are going to be very happy here.
