It's a good place to live and the people are nice and friendly. The green belt trail is literally right there and the county has just done a major renovation to it. It leads to different lakes, Tabor lake, Bass lake, West lake and more. Conveniently located on 44th avenue near Ward road, makes getting around and commuting a breeze. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets cascading and glimmering off the lake, and the seagulls, hawks, blue heron and even bald eagles flying playfully and roosting on cormorant Island 🏝️ plentiful parking and well maintained grounds. I personally find it a pleasure to live here, and many times I feel like I'm on vacation! The manager is very helpful with all your needs, and is attentive to the situation at hand. The advertised $849 rate requires a 12-month lease. Short-term options are limited to “select availability” with a $250/month premium. They informed that early lease termination carries a $3,000 fee, requires 60 day notice, and includes REPAYMENT of any move-in specials. These terms are not clearly presented upfront. The quoted rate is only valid for 7 business days, and the units at advertised price became unavailable shortly after inquiry. This community is phenomenal! Office (Aubrey) and maintenance (Garrett) are amazing, so accommodating and quick to help! Great place to live, glad we renewed our lease for another year!

My time at Tabor Lake Apartments was great! The manager, Elexess, and Ard, the maintenance guy, went above and beyond to give me assistance when I needed it. My neighbors were friendly. Everyone ready to lend a hand. It's nice to just sit and enjoy the view of the lake or take a walk on the trail. It's definitely a pet friendly place. Even has a dog yard and pet washing station. I made friendships that have continued since leaving. I would recommend Tabor Lake Apartments to everyone.

We just moved in this week, and we are noticing so many nice things about the complex. It's a smoke free building, the heat and AC work really well, wood flooring throughout, a large storage unit is only $35 a month, the appliances are newer, large windows let in a ton of natural light, onsite laundry room with lots of machines, high speed internet that works very well for only $10 a month, pet friendly, good water pressure, plenty of hot water for long showers and the tenant community is friendly. Elexess made the application process streamlined and painless! We wanted to move in as soon as possible, and she helped make that happen within 2 weeks or our initial call!
