I have had Ken Aggus managing my rental home and I have found his service the be excellent, I have had no problems with his company and all of the office personnel have always provided monthly information of financial and home conditions. I've been using Aggus Realty to manage my rental property for about 3 years. I'm happy enough with their service that I would not go back to self managing my rentals. I managed my own for about 20 years, but would sell rather than self manage today because of abusive government regulations.
