Keyrenter Property Management Denver

I've been having KeyRenter manage my property for several years now and through 3 tenants and they've been very helpful. I'm especially impressed with the turnaround time to rent out my place when it's vacant-less than a month both times. Would recommend to other property owners for sure!

From the application process to signing, the team was quick, responsive, and incredibly helpful - especially since we needed to find a place fast due to a work relocation. Having a family member tour the home for us was also a super easy and smooth process. After move-in, we had a few minor maintenance and cleaning items to address, including a carpet re-clean for peace of mind (we’re very particular) and they were happy to accommodate. Maintenance requests are easy to submit through the app, and it’s reassuring to always reach someone if you need an update. I had an appointment to visit a property off of Memphis St in Green Valley on Saturday the 13th. Beautiful 3 bed 2.5 bath townhome. When I arrived I was greeted by Yvette. Instantly we clicked. She was very personable, insightful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Her personality and customer service was hands down the best I’ve come across in a very long time. I would HIGHLY recommend working with her for any leasing endeavors you may have. 10/10.

Shamus(head of maintenance) was fantastic. The property I bought had a pipe burst and flooded the house. There were no walls, floors, bathrooms, electric needed upgrades, and kitchen needed a remodel. Shamus, who is still onboarding his team as he is new to the company, got everything all done in less than 2 months. Not only that the total quote came in below all the other ones I got from other contractors even after there were some issues found! I cannot vouch harder for shamus, I have never left a review in my life but feel like it’s necessary. In my opinion Keyrenter needs to invest heavily into shamus and his team because I can only imagine how great they’ll be when they’re fully staffed.
