Clear Creek Crossing

I've been living here for 4.5 years and love it. I intend to keep renewing as long as rent doesn't skyrocket. My rambling thoughts - The good: -Great location with an awesome view: Next to I-70/Highway 58, so it's easy to get into the City or the foothills. There's a nice trail and a decent amount of shopping nearby (King Soopers, Applejack's, restaurants and other misc stores). There's also a hospital and bus stop next door, with a lot of new construction for other businesses/restaurants popping up in the blocks nearby. Light rail is about two miles away (Ward Station) which is a little too far to walk to, but not bad if you bike or drive there. My family and I have very much enjoyed living at Clear Creek Crossing. The office staff are all friendly and knowledgeable and create a warm and inviting vibe. The few maintenance requests we have had are handled swiftly and professionally. The community is beautifully kept up and it is the perfect location near stores, restaurants and public transportation. Thank you Clear Creek Crossing!

Beautiful very clean and modern apartments with all the features you could want. Ariel is so friendly and welcoming and knows everything about the complex and the area. The public areas and the pool are incredible! You can tell by just walking in the complex is well managed.

3 month update: Living at Clear Creek Crossing has been great so far. Extremely responsive and professional office and maintenance staff (maintenance and other requests are typically addressed within 1 day of submitting a request). I don't hear anything between walls or floors when in my unit (seems to be concrete flooring). Pool, hot tub, gym, and dog park are all nice amenities and the location next to Clear Creek trail can't be beat. Original review: The apartments here are very nice and amenities seem good too. Looking forward to exploring the area more. Ariel was very friendly, professional, prompt, and efficient throughout the process of touring as well as move in related tasks. My fiancé and I moved into the 2-bedroom Homestead floor-plan about a week ago and love it so far! The kitchen is so spacious and wide. The closets are giant and so are the windows! We weren't expecting mountain views because we are not directly facing them, but we were so pleasantly surprised to find that we can see mountains out of most of our windows! Living here feels like living in a vacation home. There is a path the leads directly to the Clear Creek Trail, which is perfect for walking my dog or going on a bike ride. The leasing staff and maintenance crew have been super attentive and friendly. I emailed a few questions and got a response within an hour. The only thing lacking is no indoor bike storage. Renting a garage is an alternative way to store your bikes, but those are all b
