Impressed by the well-cared-for grounds and the outstanding staff. Everyone was courteous and attentive, and the property is clearly maintained with pride. The apartments were more modern than I expected—a very pleasant surprise! While I saw a few negative reviews beforehand, my experience was genuinely positive. I haven’t felt this welcomed or comfortable while touring an apartment community in a long time. Overall, a wonderful visit from start to finish.

What a scam and waste of time. Ill be honest I have an eviction that I paid in full. Covid cause some issues and I fell behind shit happens. Now that is what is holding me up and I get it but the lack of honest from the staff and the blatant lies is what bothers me. If the eviction was the problem the deny me for the eviction I get it but dont play games with me... or you potential tenants. Dont say its marked as unpaid while I have all the paperwork telling me different, dont tell me a roommate issue when that is a lie don't come and take my phone out of my hand without permission while I am pulling up documents that show my payment was sent. I tried moving here recently. I was helped out by Justin. My partner and I made it very clear we needed to urgently move into somewhere. As our current apartment lease ended in just a couple of days. After letting Justin know he reassured us he can get it done that same day. After we submitted everything/completed our application they told us we can go grab something to eat and approval should only take a matter of hours. We waited and finally Justin gave us a call and piled more information we needed to give. He didn’t let it be know we needed all that in the first place. He needed to confirm my workplace no matter me providing a credible paystub and my manager providing everything needed already. Long story short do not come to this business. I lived in the Kipling Village Apartments back in 2001-2023. I am now getting emails from the complex that I still owe money. Even when I made sure I paid off the final balance sending an email asking what that final balance was. 3-4years later and now they’re coming to me saying I have something going on. Absolutely not OK. Because when I live there. There were so many issues. They only did half of the complex door locks. Homeless people sleeping in the stairwell. My car getting stolen and not even having cameras. The pools were closed are trying to get redone.. I will not be giving a full five stars due to those issues and now a new issue that I need to resolve. The only thing is that I do appreciate the new management trying to resolve this. But this is not ok.

I have been living at Kipling Village Apartments since August and absolutely can say that I feel at home. The grounds here are beautiful and well maintained. The staff Viviana, Aliyah and Justin are always very professional, friendly and welcoming.This is a great place to call home with a beautiful area to walk or just hang out and a great staff.
