I’ve had a great experience as a tenant thanks to Danny and the outstanding staff. They are consistently efficient, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were handled quickly and professionally, and communication has always been clear and informative. It’s reassuring to know that the team truly cares about residents and takes pride in maintaining a well-managed community. I appreciate their hard work and would confidently recommend this property to others.

TLDR: We really enjoy living here and appreciate the sense of community. I recommend this apartment complex if you're looking for an affordable apartment that offers an in-unit washer and dryer, vinyl flooring (carpet in bedrooms), upgraded kitchen appliances (but no dishwasher), and free parking. While a few folks could be a bit more considerate, the positives far outweigh the negatives for us. We’re happy here and look forward to sticking around for a few more years. Danny is the absolute best! I had a package delivered to my old address, from when I was living there years ago, and Danny was kind enough to get in touch with the current tenants to see if we could get that package back. He always called me back when he said he would and clearly knows the tenants of the complex. And although I never met his maintenance man, I can only imagine he’s just as awesome as Danny. I wish he was the manager when I lived there!

I love living at The Outpost! If there were star to give out for management and maintenance then Danny, and Kirk, deserve 10 Stars. These two men are always friendly, helpful, and quick to take care of anything that comes up. The property is well-kept, and it’s such a breath of fresh air to live in a peaceful neighborhood without all the noise. The pool and community garden have been such a fun bonus. I’ve lived here since the beginning of the year and already told my husband I’d be happy to renew for a few more years. After coming from a place where we paid three times the rent, dealt with endless fees, and could never get maintenance to show up, this has been such a relief. I especially love having an in-unit washer and dryer, something I was promised from my other apartment complex

I can't wait to move!!! Been here 9 months. 3rd month in saw small black flies. Found out they are SEWER FLIES!!! Still see them. IT'S DISGUSTING! besides having them get into your coffee maker (UGH!!!!) they land on you while you're on the toilet and sitting in living room with a cup of coffee!!! DISGUSTING! when fed up, told Danny was going to hotel. He simply stated "Bring me the invoice". Imagine my shock at the invoice not being honored!!! Yea, never dealt or even heard of that sewer flies before living with them. Management AND maintenance SUCK!!!!
