Makes up their own policy not listed in contract! Apartment manager acts like a friend then slaps you with a$150. Fine Playing for inspection! Which was rescinded for having flowers and birdfeeders and dog kennel, Subsequently $75 is owed, even though I wish it was stated it will be erased My apartment is absolutely clean and spotless. That was never an issue. Unbelievable.

Bad management. Bad communication. False information. When it was time for us to move out, magically my initial walk through paperwork was not in my file and no where to be found. When I moved in, they rushed our move in and had us move in with wet carpets and the unit wasn’t even repainted from the old tenants living there previously. There was chipped cabinets, bad patch work and screws left in the walls from old tenant. When I got my deposit back I complained about being charged for paint and trimmings since when I first moved in, it wasn’t even repainted and or fixed up nicely for us. To me, they just needed us in quickly for payment. Trying to move down from Redmond, Wa. After days of constant emails from Julie and paying over $100 to apply Letting her know i have Cosigners as well as more money down if credit became an issue she would not even try to approve us. She was very unprofessional. I meet all other requirements with flying stars. if people had fantastic credit we would buy homes. ive never had an experience like this.

Thy wouldn't tell me over the phone why I was denied, got a email and it was because of my credit score 520 and my wage garnish for child support that Im paying off. I even had a cosigner and thy denied me right off after running my credit. I do not recommend paying the background fee of $50 if you have bad credit and child support owed.
