Swathmore Court Apartments

The apartment is very spacious. Big kitchen big bathroom nice sizeable bedroom. A nice and quiet place to live. The staff is professional and courteous. We may never leave.

I set up a tour on the apartment website successfully and was confirmed for this tour several times by Gina from Ginkgo Residential, who reached out via email and text, even as close as an hour before my tour. Upon arrival, the person working on site said they had no tours scheduled and no units to show. I reached back out to Gina to explain what had happened, she said she would inquire about it and get back, but never did and ignored two additional contacts I made trying to understand what had happened. Even if this has nothing to do with those working in the office, it at least shows a horrible lack of communication from property management. The office looked nice at least. Hoping this was a random, one off bad experience, but it definitely set off a red flag.

My fiancé and I were struggling to find a good, affordable apartment in High Point and found Swathmore Court. Went to see the place and fell in love with it. It’s clean, small community, and the environment was perfect based on what we were looking for. The best part was working with Liz, great personality, who gave us the tour! Another person is Erin helped us with processing our application. We spoke through email and she got back to us very fast. Answered all our questions on time. Best apartment hunting experience I’ve had simply because of these two!

Simply loved these apartments. We recently moved from swathmore because we needed bigger space but I felt so sad leaving bcz the neighborhood was so friendly & caring, everyone was so nice to my 4 yrs old daughter that even she misses them dearly. Liz (the leasing agent) is very friendly & easy to talk to. She always acknowledged any problems or complaints we had & made sure that we were comfortable there. The new manager is way nicer than the previous one. The location is great & maintenance guy is very efficient & super quick to resolve any maintenance issues. I 100% recommend these apartments.
