Susan Court Apartments

We lived there for 5 mos. Manager was always nice..busy but nice. Parking was tight but never had a problem with someone else parking in our space. They have been making many improvements to this property in the last 5 years. Mostly one-two apartments at a time. Overall, property looks pretty nice and well maintained. Gazebo and common lawn area needs improvement. Rents pretty reasonable. Thank you for helping us get through a rough time of transition!

Repairs are needed and never will be addressed. Ask and you'll get a no cause eviction notice. Theft is rampant. Many units have less than the required smoke detectors and others are improperly placed. This from a complex that has had two fires in a years time, one that took the life of a child. They are extremely focused on their other facility and neglect this one to the extreme. Rules are flaunted. There's food and water out for all the strays and wild life, despite notices its bringing skunks , raccoons, and more strays. There's a homeless camp in some back or side "yard" areas due to no real fences but just enough cover growth to hide there.

There was dog poop and cat poop all over the property, huge flea infestation, literal garbage, and trash all over the property, no landscaping has been done. The siding on the building is literally falling off. The whole property is a dump. Not to mention the crime rate is horrible. RUN!!!

I loved just about every memory I had here, my mom was in a really bad place mentally when we lived here so I was lucky to be able to make friends with what I think was the owner's kid

I just know a manager for this complex unit kickout a preach people who came to help people to encourage to read the bible. this is how to treat people when theys come on peace and greeting just at you door?....
