True Built Home

When I first contacted True Built Homes I wasn't sure what to expect except from what I had read from other reviews. They sounded like a great company and I liked all the features they offered so I decided to contact the Salem, Oregon office close to my home. I met with Kameron Graham who became my project manager and walked faithfully and patiently with me throughout the entire process. True Built stuck to their promised finish time and my 768 sqft ADU is so beautiful! I cannot say enough good things or thank them enough for all the help they gave me. I would highly recommend this company and especially Kameron for all his diligent work.

True Built recently completed our home on the Oregon coast and we are very happy with the outcome. The quality of building materials and craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. Davi was a knowledgeable and accessible project manager and was a great resource/support. The Ocean Shores model that we chose is impressively designed and comfortable. We made very few modifications as the stock plans were exactly what we were looking for. A home built by True Built is a perfect option for those who want to build on their own land and are willing to manage permits and excavation themselves. The overall cost was quite affordable compared to new and existing homes on the market.

Update: we completed our house with True Built over a year ago. When We did a final walkthrough we had some things we wanted to fix. They had to come back to spray texture in a missed spot. They got texture on our TV; they never bothered to cover it up. There were things wrong: our shower was cracked in 2 spots, doors both exterior and interior doors had gaps. And now we have floor nails that are popping up and you can feel them under the laminate flooring. They took our money and did not fix these things. Will never recommend them again. They never came back to fix this. We are in the beginning stages of building our home, we just met with Davi to start the process. We had a wonderful home built in 2010 that burned to the ground in the Beachie Creek Fire in September 2020. We are in the early stages of designing a home to be built on rural acreage. Davi has been valuable to our knowledge of what it’s going to take to put our dream together. He has arranged several meeting at current projects so we can see the space and get a feel how our finished home could be.
