Keizer Station Apartments

3-4 months later our kitchen drawer has been replaced and for the time being works great! (See previous review for background) We felt while our drawer has been repaired/replaced it is important to make sure everything is clear. As a person who values money, privacy, and keeping up with obligations I feel making sure the next future resident of KSA knows our experience. With the drawer repair completed we still await the following: guest bathtub seal and flooring is coming up. Water has already bubbled the floor, as a respectable tenant we have made a choice to not use that space until fixed. We were told in writing it would be completed a few weeks ago by maintenance. $2200 in rent, 1 bathroom down, we pay for 2. Master bedroom globe to the main light fixture broke. I went to view the 1 bed room apartment. I felt welcomed. The assistant manager was very informative and detailed. she did not try to over sell the idea she left room for conversation. Definitely a place you would want to be if you are not already.

I lived here for almost 2 years and 8 months. It’s always gonna have special place in my heart. Such an awesome and beautiful community to live in with your family. Great maintenance team. Prompt and always ready to help anytime management team. So if you future resident wanna choose this place to live for better go ahead and reserve the place here.

I just moved in a week ago. I don’t know if the walls are very thick or my neighbors are so quiet, but I hope it stays like that the entire time I’m here. The apartment is clean and spacious. It is near the shopping center (Target, In-n-Out, etc.). Thanks to Mayra and Mariah, my experience with the management was great during my move. So far, I like it here! UPDATE: I lived for 4 years in this place and loved it here every minute! I've only submitted one maintenance request for the bathroom fan switch in four years. It was fixed the next day. I had the best view from my apartment and I will miss it. The complex is well-maintained and located in a very nice and quiet area. It has In-n-Out and Chick-fil-A nearby apartments. I had no problem with this place yes a train goes by but before you put in an application they tell you this to be honest its not as load as other seem to say it is i had no problem with washer or dryer at all remember this is brand new and its still under warranty which the apartment can't fix till the warranty ends they will have the company that sold it to come and fix it which i know it takes time the staff has been nothing but nice and explain everything if you're not paying attention that you're fault they will show you the apartment before you sign the lease to make sure you like it and love it still i love how peaceful it is other then the train which i dont mind but other will staff has shown nothing but respect to us and still does i love this place and wouldn't have it any other
