Brand NEW apartments. They look really nice. I think they include washer and dryer and there is extra storage available. It looks like quartz installed in the Kitchen! These are very attractive units and look very nice from the street. I know the school is not too far away
The actual apartment is pretty nice, it's not fancy or special but it's nice. I appreciate the washer and dryer even if they are smaller than regular sized, the dishwasher, disposal, oven etc all work pretty well. The patio is quite nice as well. I have no major complaints about the apartment other than the location. The location is very close to a major highway, and you will hear cars passing by all day and all night. It will be a lot better on the first floor than the second or third due to the refraction of sound and the fence that gives the first floor a proper "sound shadow." However the second and third floor will not have this, you will hear cars at all time of day with or without the windows open. There are 0 amenities, no gym, no pool, no clubhouse etc. Which I don't personally
I had not lived at this property for over three years when I received a notice that I owed almost $3,000 to them for rent/damages incurred AFTER my move out date. Conveniently, the property manager did not include the second lease signed by my roommate who took over the lease after I moved out yet kept their name on the bill. Not sure how you could list parties not on a lease on a bill but that’s the least shady thing you did. To infer that I did not pay my rent on time after making a full payment for the amount that wasn’t even mine to pay 14 days after receiving the notice is defamatory and just bad business. My advice would be to keep a copy of everything as this property manager will “lose” important documents and spread misinformation online. I am still fighting this issue after unfo
Visited a friend living here. Several blocks of apartments, both sides of the street. Hard to locate the addresses the first time. Parking hard to locate.
Super nice and friendly staff Delia was super helpful and explained everything would definitely recommend
