Service was amazing as well as the apartment itself. Big major problem that kept us from renting was the parking situation. We were definitely going to rent until we were made aware of the parking situation. Should probably build more parking. Or assign each apartment with at least 2 spots.

Parking is a complete joke there are only 4 visitors parking spots that people just camp in there are two future resident parking spots and if you are in them past 8am your car gets towed without warning, they don’t let you rent out a second parking spot because there isn’t enough room if you are going to live with someone and have more then one vehicle per apartment unit your either going to have to race home to try and find a parking spot and then can’t leave for the remainder of the night or your going to have to find a different place to park your second vehicle and either walk or have who ever is living with you drive you to your vehicle. The management is fully aware of this problem and have had numerous complaints yet still have done nothing to resolve it. The previous manager tried

We jst moved in recently. Joeslyn was very nice and courteous to us. We've had a problem with our dishwasher and have sent out an email to get it checked but so far we haven't heard anything back or have anyone come take a look at it. It's been a week.

Nice apartment feels like home and Alivia is one of the best property managers I've ever had. Just parking issues, please figure that out soon:)

These apartments are beautiful. The complex is so nice and quiet as well. Love living here.
