Sunrise on the Green

I have been a resident here for about 8 years. I have seen a huge change in the community since the new management took over. Sataria (office manager) is respectful and kind. She has done an excellent job managing the property. Kudos to her, we needed a manager like her. Diana(secretary) is polite and sweet, always has a smile on her face and ready to help. Maintenance is on schedule, and the job will be completed by work order. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever, Pablo always hands on to handle all situations and is a respectful person. Overall, This community needed a great team and I am pleased with the results.

Unfortunately, I left a long detailed review about how unorganized and unprofessional this apartment complex is. After calling for days, the manager finally leaves a comment under my review with an email and phone number to contact. When I tried to contact the phone number, I found out its not even an active phone number. What is going on here and why cant I get any answers ""The worst experience trying to get an apartment ever. Im so happy I backed out of this when I did. If Diana is helping you, best believe she lost all your information or mixed it up with another client. I was on email threads receiving sensitive information from a tenant I dont even know. I’ve been living here for a long time and I’ve never seen this community in such good condition. The new crew is doing a really great job. They work really hard. I appreciate the changes Diana Sataria and Pablo are awesome! Pablo is the best maintenance guy we have ever had. He takes care of things quickly. He’s friendly! Diana is so attentive and helpful and understanding and the property manager is great whatever concern you have she takes care of it.

Things have gotten so much better. I can’t believe the improvements that I’m seeing. We finally have a good management company. I’m so grateful because I do not want to move! When you put in service requests, they take care of it and they actually fix the problem. They use a tech system so if you have any questions or need something looked at they text you right back. I have seen major improvements.

If I could rate 0 stars I DEFINITELY would. I’ve been living here for 7 months now in my 2|2 and it took them (maintenance and leasing) 7 months to fix one of my toilets, my stove, and the LEAKING A/C unit in which resulted in 2 ceiling panels falling down from the leaking AND MOLDING pipes above them not to mention I STILL do not have a functional dishwasher nor is my oven working all of which I’ve reported since the first month that i’ve moved in YET they are “renovating” and ordering stainless steel appliances and UPPING the rent $500+ for the empty apartments. When I moved in my fridge was moldy, dirty, and NOT cooling. The cabinets, stove, counters etc. were all also dirty. My master bedroom window didn’t have actual glass, it was a piece of flexi-glass that WAS NOT installed at all,
