The new owner is shady. After being a great tenant for years, they served me a notice to vacate. The reason was to allow a new tenant who offered more money a month to live there. Watch out for this company. They are dirty
Need to have a outlet in the garage for electric car charging . I should have made this update a while back but life got in the way , the outlet for 220V car charging was installed and it makes charging very fast
Large units, 3 parking spaces per unit and well maintained. Aside from being a bit loud I am extremely happy with my unit.
