Sunnyside Apartments

I lived in Sunnyside Apartments for many many years. I have no complaints at all. Shallon is THE BEST!! Any maintenance tickets I submitted were addressed in timely manner. They take care of the landscaping, snow removal etc. When I see the bad reviews I’m wondering if there is another Sunnyside Apartments somewhere else🤷🏽‍♀️. I absolutely recommend this apartment complex.

Great neighborhood, great place to live. Maintenance is always responsive when needed, Management is always helpful, handles everything efficiently, the communication is excellent. They go above and beyond, I have no complaints.

The apartments here are great, well managed and well up kept. I have enjoyed these past years living in and around the Sunnyside area. It's quiet at night and conveniently located close to rt 1 and rt 6 allowing you to get wherever you may need to go.

I lived here for 2 Years and it was tremendous. The maintence crew does a wonderful of keeping the ground clean for my dog. When I needed help , I got same-day assistance which was great. I would live here again!

My fiancé and I are searching for a new place. We found this place on Google. Called first and was offered to come tour one of their model units. The office staff was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We are still searching, but this has been one of the best complex we have visited. We will definitely recommend this place.
