My experience with Benchmark builders was made easy. My sales representative is Karen, and she is amazing. I rarely do reviews, but since I had an exceptional experience, I said to myself “I gotta share this journey”! Finding the right builder for such an huge investment takes some time and lotssss of homework. There are multiple builders that my family and I have visited throughout DE and it ultimately led me to build here. Karen explains everything that is needed to know, she is so patient, and my daughter has told the entire family about her…….hahaha. I am so happy to have been blessed with the opportunity in working with Karen, and I pray she can help many more families like myself to build a place called home;)

My purchasing experience was very special to me. I knew that I’ve always wanted to live in Delaware (New construction) only, but got very overwhelmed with the amount of builders DE offers. I have spent a few years visiting and doing research on all the builders that I found interest in. After a while I said to myself “just pray and ask God where does he want you to be”! Well, that’s what I did and ended up choosing Benchmark Builders. Karen from day one treated me so kind, and although her job is to sell homes, I felt no pressure at all. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. Although she is special to me as we have shared some time together now, my review is honest! I have been working with my salesperson Karen from Benchmark Builders for three months now. I must say her guidance and help moving along with our process of getting our dream home built has been an exciting and wonderful experience. Karen has been doing a great job making sure we get everything we need & want to make our dream home come true. The relationship has been more like a long time friendship than business. I am very pleased with my choice of salesperson, development and builders to make our dream come true.

Greene Hill Farms Estates worked out great for us. Our new home was completed in April and we moved in on May 16th 2020. If you're looking for a quality built home then i do recommend them. Denise is a great person to work with during your building process. She still keeps in touch after the closing and that says a lot about her character. Other people don't want to take your calls after closing because they're paid. Eddie is the site manager and he is really there monitoring the build as if it's his own home going up. We did our own home inspection after closing and the inspector gave them great reviews for the work completed. Everyone here is friendly and looking to help you out however they can. Welcoming environment to shop for things and I’ve had them help me out different times at the store with questions or things I needed even when I didn’t buy anything.
