As a resident, in my opinion,it's a pleasant place to live,a sales person is always here to assist the resident. Clean co..unity with 2 car parking g a d wide streets,by the way the streets are owned and maintained by smyrna so you always have plowed and clean streets. Of course, if it was not for the residents, it would only be a place to live, not a place you want to live in, that's why I'm a resident and I want to live in Bon Ayre.
My brother used to live here and it's a very nice place. It's peaceful and quiet. He had the best neighbors.
Love the park! Extremely Clean & spacious! I'm looking for the right one there
