These townhouses are not very well built. It's like living in an apartment all over again. Pray that your neighbors don't have small children, or you'll hear running up and down the stairs all day long,etc. As, I'm writing this I can actually hear my neighbors TV blaring through my master bedroom wall. I will say the staff is very friendly, but they're selling to you as it's their job. The people in the community are quite friendly. If I had to do it all over again, I would not purchase.
Lenar Builders give you amazing options with purchase. Very friendly staff, great community.
