We just signed contract and so far everything has been an easy and stress free experience. We pulled into the neighborhood based on a resale we saw on line. Last thing we were expecting to do was build another house but it just felt like home. We walked and talked to existing residents and it’s what we always wanted. We meet Nina is the sales office (wuth our own broker leading the way) and WOW. She is a rockstar. Knows her facts. Knows her numbers. A just so sweet and caring. If the build and house is half as professional as Nina then we are good to go. Picked our model, options, lot, colors etc. While we could certainly understand the Lennar concept is not for everyone, it’s was absolutely for us. Just the right amount of flexibility without being an overwhelming experience. This is us

We were fortunate not to have as many discrepancies as our neighbors, what we found out is that, Lennar will not let you do a pre-inspection walkthrough with a home inspector prior to closing, they have a reason why??? I suggest you check the foundation before you leave to determine if you see air pocket in your flooring foundation. If you putting a deposit on a lot make sure you have your own lender and have a construction expert to check the truss while the framing is being constructed
Our sales rep was Tom. He was great. He showed the differences in the homes. Showed us two samples of the homes. Loved the homes, styles, and upgrades.
