My mom purchased the Dickerson model. There are several models to choose from. Benchmark builders use good quality materials. She was able to customize the interior the exact way she wanted. So every house is not a cookie cutter. You dont have to use the models design. Friendly friendly neighbors. Nancy in the office is the greatest so was Lawon. My mom is relocating from a big city so this location is great. Close to stores and things to do. Nicely priced and low property taxes and HOA fees. No more shoveling snow or cutting lawn. Great 55+ community.
Great ssles staff. Beautiful model; great amenities...a bit out of my $range but probably worth it!!!

Don't bother. Standard is formica linoleum, what? 400K for what?
