I love living here. I feel safe and well taken care of by staff, who run a tight ship and make sure it stays decent for everyone here. I’ve lived in many places here in B-N, and this is by far the best place I’ve lived in so far. No worries here, because problems get taken care of. Take the guest parking seriously to avoid a friend getting their car towed, and that’s about the only warning I have to share. Thanks, Summertree!

I lived here for a few years it started out a good area and NEVER had any issues some of the office staff was great some of them allowed things to fall through the cracks. The one thing I DONT like is when you feel unsafe in your own home and have to call the police you get treated like your the trouble maker and things are said and done to you that regardless what you have to say. I just thought you should be able to feel safe in your own home without any preconditions "guess not" All I can say is don't call the Police regardless of the situation.

I lived at Summer Tree for over 2 1/2 years. I loved it! The office staff were all very friendly and if I ever had an issue, the took care of it right away. I had good neighbors, and I felt safe there. I would like to live there again if I return to the Bloomington Normal area.

I've Been Here For A Decent Amount Of Time To Notice This Is Not a Place For Anyone. The Office Is Corrupt And The Police Strolls Around The Place Every Hour And If There Is An Inccident The Police Will Act As If the People Who Called Are The Suspects And Turn Everything On You. And The Office Will Make Up Anything To Get You Kicked Out If You Are An African American. This Is A Horrible Place And The Maintence People They have Here Only One Of Them Actually Work And Fix Things. The Other Guy Ralph Doesn't Do Anything But Harass And Drive Around And Anyone African American They Will Try To Get Your Children Labeled As A Gangster No Matter What they Do. Make The Right Decision Before You Regret Every Decision After Moving In. Have A Great Day And Be Wise.

Looks very clean & well kept! I have a friend whom lives out there. Lots of cabinet space in the kitchen. I also like that it has two full size bathrooms.
