Lancaster Heights Apartments

I've lived at Lancaster Heights for a little over two years in both a one-bedroom and two-bedroom. The office personnel and maintenance workers are kind, approachable, and relatively attentive. It's also extremely easy to make your rent payments via their online portal. I've made great use of the dog park and pool, and the complex is great for families with children. Ample parking for guests if you like to host gatherings and its perfectly located near shopping centers and ISU. -- I especially recommend Lancaster Heights to college students looking to avoid the Student Housing landlords (Sammie, FirstSite, YA, etc.).

I have lived at Lancaster heights for two years now and love living here! Dallas and Amy are great! Always so helpful with anything we need and always so friendly. The maintenance crew are so nice and always fix any issue we have right away! The head of maintenance even drove from out of town late at night to fix the lock on my door to make sure me and my kids were safe! They truly care about the people that live here! My kids and I also love the pool, the three playgrounds and the dog park! We take our dog their frequently so convenient

Lancaster Heights is still affordable at a time when finding affordable housing is becoming difficult. The location is great. My apt. suits me fine. Kitchen is small but lots of cabinets and several drawers. Love that apt. has coat closet and linen closet . Don't know what I would do without the walk-in closet. The complex has lots of trees and grass. Amy and Dallas are always friendly and helpful. Maintenance addresses problems quickly. Hats off to Ralph, Aaron,Ashton and Jessica! I've lived here almost 3 years and have seen many improvements such as new roofs. Nice neighbors, nice place to call home. P.S. How could I forget to mention how much I enjoy my patio and the pool! And a big thank you to Ralph for improving the pools atmosphere with music!

I've been living at Lancaster Heights for about 8 months & love it here. The grounds are well kept & attractive with green spaces & mature trees. Other apartment complexes I visited felt crowded together & lacked the green areas & trees. The apartments here are a comfortable size, have good closet space & plenty of cabinets & drawers in the kitchen. A favorite feature for me are the sliding glass doors in the living room opening to a patio outside. The office staff & maintenance crew are simply the best. They are always friendly & approachable & quick to take care of anything you need. I couldn't be more satisfied with Lancaster!

Don’t move here!! My friend moved here in April. Was told the air conditioning isn’t working but will be fixed soon. It’s the end of June and it’s still not fixed. It’s unbearably hot in his apartment. The owners have no care in the world for the people that live here. They just want your money. He’s been paying full price for rent in a hot apartment.
