Ryan Nellums went above and beyond to sell my sister's home. Misty was a realtor and would have been impressed with his thoughtfulness, intuitiveness and ability to get the job done well.. really well. His communication, project management, alignment and support was spectacular. I can not thank you enough for the support and efforts.

I can not give Tom from here enough compliments on how great has been to work with. Our gym was looking to expand and we called here and within 15 minutes we had a tour of the place. Couldn’t be happier with this processes and everyone that works there.

I stayed with Redbird with 2 years and I must they are best of all the other leasing agents in the town. Bill is really good and patient and a very considerate guy. They come in for maintenance when a request is submitted. This is the only housing agency who do not overcharge the students, they do have a security deposit amount but it is affordable unlike the other housing companies. I would definitely recommend staying with them.

Despicable company and Tom is probably the worst part of it. Profits over people is their motto. Poorly maintained units, exuberant rent hikes justification being "maintenance." None to be had mind you. Vile people all around.

Worst, unprofessional, rude employees, i don't think there are more worse than this rentals in whole normal and bloomington. Even one star is too much for them.
