The Social Normal

Logan came to my unit today to sort out the power and heater issues, and honestly, I couldn't be happier. He was super quick to figure out what was going on and got everything fixed up perfectly. Really appreciate how efficient and professional he was. Definitely recommend!

Logan came and did maintenance on my unit and fixed a pipe! He was super kind very quick and thorough. I put in the request and he came immediately and made the day better. in addition Kylin has been amazing! She’s made my transition into the social norm super smooth and stress-free. She’s incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. I really appreciate how supportive and patient she’s been as I prepare for my move — she truly goes above and beyond. Iv lived at the Social Normal for roughly three years and it is by-far the best rental property experience Iv had. Through the struggles of adjusting to the college student life and many others, The Social Normal has accommodated me through this transition in ways that go above and beyond my expectations. Maintenance: The Social Normal has a fully staffed maintenance team who have always addressed my unit’s needs quickly and with a positive and friendly attitude toward the problem. The maintenance team has a priority system, addressing the most severe problems before working on minor issues. They work very hard for the community they serve and will even go out of their way to help with problems you wouldn’t expect. Jon, Ben, Rachel, Kylin, Tessa, Jenn are only some of the AMAZING staff that made the whole process smooth and easy. Especially with it being my first time signing a lease, they made it super simple and helped explain what my options were. I can't recommend The Social Normal enough!!!

I’ve had a consistently great experience with the front desk and maintenance staff, especially Jon, Rachel, Ben, Kylin, John, Aaron, Logan, Jenn, Joanna, and Tessa. He is always professional, friendly, and quick to help with any questions or concerns.
