Briarwood Apartments

I love my backyard with lots of trees and grass. Neighborhood is friendly. Good location to grocery store and bike path. Never had any issue with the staff- very friendly! Plus when I had a leaky faucet maintenance showed up the next day and fixed it. Also, I have 2 cats and a couple of my neighbors have dogs so I'm not sure why people say it isn't pet friendly.

I have lived at Briarwood II Apartments for a little less than a year and I LOVE IT! The area is very nice and quiet. The management team is very friendly, informative and helpful. Briarwood has onsite maintenance which is great for any after hours emergencies. The property is regularly cleaned and my neighbors are all very friendly. I recommend Briarwood II to anyone. The rent price is very competive. Love this community and I plan on staying here for years to come!

This was my second apartment I've lived in and I loved it! The staff was incredibly helpful. Maintenance requests were always filled out immediately and the property manager was very available! The location is amazing and the buildings are small and quiet. I would absolutely recommend these apartments.

I have lived here almost a year, and its such a great location. Its right on the edge of town so its a pretty quiet neighborhood, but its not far from plenty to do. The movie theatre about a block away and great food can be delivered or is just a short drive away. My neighbors all all really friendly and i have never had a problem with any noise from them. If youre looking for a place to live i would recommend living here

Been living here for 10 years now through management and ownership changes and I still love it! There are far worse places out there, but Briarwood II is one of the better ones in my opinion. I live in the secured management building. Kathi Danenberger is a great property manager!
