Have lived here for three years and enjoyed it for the most part … however, they recently informed me they will not be renewing my lease. Not because I’m a problem or fail to pay rent.. but because the manager has an issue with me standing up for myself, her own inability to effectively lead a team, and thinly veiled homophobia. I have a sliding patio door that has needed replaced for over two years… NUMEROUS contractors have told the office this but yet every 3 months someone new shows up at my doorstep (with no notice mind you) to assess and say the same thing. So after the 5th or 6th time of this happening … I rightfully questioned management. I was met with blatant rudeness and passive aggressive emails. I’ve had many issues with this place. The main one being safety. There have been 3 shootings since I’ve lived here, all within the last 6 months. This last shooting happened Saturday night August 10th 2024. One of the bullets went directly into my children’s room, coming inches from hitting my son who was in his bed asleep at the time, & my daughter who was about a foot away from his bed. We want out of our lease, & they’re trying to make us pay 3 months worth of rent in order to do so. The shooting that happened before this one, they shot someone else’s sliding glass door & shattered it. They still haven’t fixed that, it just has a piece of wood put over it. I was VERY skeptical about residing here. I must say the 6 wks I've been here have been a joy. It's the little things. Maintenance is awesome and ASHLEY is personable. SHE knows how to talk to people and that means a lot to me. Im glad I gave it a chance. So far, so good!

Lived for a year, very nice place, quite peaceful and good neighbors. Very close to the grocery stores, restuarants and gyms. Management is good too.

This Place is the best. Nice stuffs and affordable price range, good condition appartments, policies on the contract are very fair and make sense. I love my 3 bedroom apartment so far. Pool area is pretty small but u can go to fairview park cuz it is a half mile away. Thank you Bayberry Village🔥
