Summerfield Place Apartments

I lived here for 3 years, (1 in the new building and 2 in an older build). We had a few issues with AC & a rat in the older build, maintenance are nice people but definitely backed up. Amber and Peggy are fantastic especially Peggy, she has been amazing from my first time signing to my last day! It is pretty quite not alot of noise and right off the highway, easy access to get to Nashville/Germantown.

My wife and I lived in one of the Townhouse units for a little over 7 years. We were very happy with the experience over all. Amber and Peggy always took care of us. Normal issues like neighbor noise you can't do too much about. Yapping dogs, pets not being picked up after, etc. Management made sure to remind everyone of the rules and made sure doggy stations were available. Maintenance took care of most things next day. Only time we had a long term issue was from a defective AC unit. It took a month or so to finally figure out the issue. This resulted in a huge electric bill the next month. They took care of it by reducing our rent the following month for a bit more than the extra I had to pay the electric company. No argument since I had records to show the increase was related to the

Summerfield Place has the best staff! Whenever we needed assistance many of our issues were addressed the same day. The maintenance team was always on top of things. Same for the management, the property is well maintained and overall we felt safe. We enjoyed brief chats with our neighbors and will miss the community. It’s a great place to live in Goodlettsville.

Edited as of 2023: after the original review they promptly created a handicap space for me and when I tell you the maintenance team took care of me while I was wheelchair bound, they really took extra care. The leasing office ulis great as well. Truly wonderful year there and move out was also just as great. Just moved in, maintenance was very nice. But there are not clear markers on the buildings nor are there any signs directing you to which buildings are what letter and so getting deliveries is hassle plus not enough handicap parking spaces

After a 18yr marriage and having NEVER lived by myself I got an apartment here....and I loved it from day one. I am now on my 3rd year here. I have upsized and I still love it. The staff has always been speedy with repairs. Management has been very nice and helpful. Courtesy officers I can’t really say because I never see them. After reading the reviews I thought I would take the time to write a positive one. There is shady people every where and drugs are every where. Mind your business pay your rent and you will love it! I have always felt safe!
