Michala's return is a blessing. She doesn't deviate from from the leasing contract thus setting a good example to coworkers and residents. Rules are rules and there are no exceptions. Michala, Chris, and Lexie comprise a winning team responding to the our needs without delay. Once again we have a working ice machine, hot beverage machine, and an elevator that we can use without fear of failure. Yay! The office and clubhouse furniture has been rearranged and everything decorated for the holidays. It is very warm and inviting here. I know many residents share my sentiments, but too few express this. Once again, I say thank you as a contented resident who just renewed her lease. Happy Holidays! Sheila H

I’ve been a resident for almost two years. This has been such a place of peace. Everything from the living accommodations to the community and definitely the management, has been a great experience! Lexi and Michala in the officer are top tier when it comes to communication, dignity, patience, respect, empathy, all of the above! They oversee this property with grace and they have been very understanding with a lot of my situations. I am grateful to live here and hope I have many more years to come.

Excellent Staff and Great Community Vintage Northcreek has been a great place to live. The management team, especially Michala and Lexi, has consistently been professional, communicative, and easy to work with. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were handled quickly and respectfully, and it’s clear they care about keeping the community running smoothly. The property is well-kept, the location is convenient, and overall it’s been a positive experience for me and my family. If anyone wants a current resident’s perspective before applying, I’m happy to share my experience.

5 STARS HANDS DOWN! Michala & Lexi are absolutely wonderful and always creating events/competitions/giveaways for the community that really gives you a sense of home! Not to mention all of the amenities that come with it such as the beautiful and very upkept pool w/ layout chairs that are actually comfortable w/ a vending machine right by it that's filled w/ all sorts of items, fancy espresso machine in the lobby w/ numerous kinds of drink options, workout area, the list goes on and on! I thoroughly appreciate the SECURED ENTRANCES as well where you have to use a key fob or buzz someone in which makes me feel extremely safe being a single mom and all. Almost forgot as well they have ELEVATORS! No moving your things up the stairs just a quick trip to the elevator and done! All of this and

Great place to live! The staff is consistently welcoming, responsive, and always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. Lexi was especially helpful throughout my move-in process and I can’t recommend her and vintage northcreek enough!
