Reading some of the negative reviews and it sounds like those people were unable to meet deadlines, which in the real estate world is a big no-no. We had an entirely different experience working with Dave, he did an outstanding job representing us during our transaction and we will absolutely be using him for our future purchases / sales. He was responsive, constantly gave updates and went above and beyond to ensure the job got done. The people at Cason-Pointe also look out for their military, law enforcement and EMS folks with the homes for heroes program. Truly great people to work with and happy we found them! As a real estate agent, I don’t usually leave reviews—but this agent truly deserves one. Dave goes above and beyond for his clients and genuinely cares about the people he serves. He’s also fantastic to work with on the agent side. His communication is top-notch, and he is always focused on doing the right thing. We hope to work with Dave again in the future. If you’re looking for an agent who truly cares and will fight for you, he’s your guy.

Dave is the absolute best! He went above and beyond to find us our home. After 3 deals fell apart because of inspection issues he stuck with us and found us our forever home. We couldn't be happier with Dave or his services!

Had a real estate dealing with these folks and I seriously question their business practices/ethics. I would go as far as to say they harassed the selling agent for our listing and the realtor we were using to buy a new house. It involves their own personal home listing. The owners of the company have also listed their own house which we were buying contingent on the sale of ours. I could provide more details but I'm not sure it would be interesting to the reader. If you ever have questions feel free to contact me and I can back up my claims. We have owned 10 homes in our life time and this is a first for me in terms of what we've been through with them.
