Eric Hill Jr gets a 5 star review for his time and skills as a young real estate agent. For a young man who just started in the game he was very good in terms of finding what we were looking for and being patient. He was more than willing to go bat for us when negotiating and recognizing our needs as customers. He wasn’t pushy if we were struggling and if he didn’t think it was a good price he told us which we usually agreed. Eric called me back within minutes of my first email, found me the perfect house in just a few short weeks and negotiated a great deal, sold my house in one weekend for above asking price, and walked me through every single step the whole way. He also was able to recommend loan officers, moving companies, appraisers, home insurance companies, etc for each step of the process. Each one of his recommendations were fantastic as well.
