Hello my application was easy was told I had a place here on the third floor told Marci I couldn’t take that one because of my disability total knee replacement and four surgeries on my ankle that still give me a lot of problems and pain so she said okay maybe a week are two later she told me I had another suite that I couldn’t move in until Jan 7 2026 the other tenants was moving out 12 31 2025 I was so happy I had to be out of my place 12 31 25 I was homeless at that time I asked if I could see the Suite they said no but I could see a one bedroom so I did it was nice so after the beginning of the year I came and asked if I can see a two bedroom so I did just fell in love with it beautiful place so I was happy couldn’t wait till the Jan 7 2026 then I was told it would be the Jan 9 2026 I

Horrible communication. I toured the place and loved it, but after filling out my application and paying the application fee over a week ago, I've received no response. I merely wanted to confirm that my application went through, but no one has responded to my emails, calls, or voicemails. I've received no communication whatsoever from this company and still don't know if they've even begun to review my application. Waste of money and time

Always strict on parking although there’s 100s of spaces for everybody and quick to call the tow truck , trash is always filled taller than the dumpster , not to mention 4 cars broken into in one night(so not a safe environment), oh yea the gate doesn’t work either ??😀 office workers aren’t willing to help if you have questions, so to be said these apartments charge tm and are wayyy to new to be having tm issues.

Just moved in last weekend! Let me just say that not only are these brand new, but they make you feel like you’re in a house! I don’t have any complaints! My two kids love their big rooms! I have to give most thanks to Gabbie! She busted her butt to get us in! And quick too! She stayed on top of everything! She communicated more than anyone I’ve ever gone through for something! Gabbie made the process smooth and easy for us! Highly recommend speaking with her!!! I also would like to say the staff at Stone Bridge, everyone I have come to speak to have all been polite, kind, and so helpful! I’m impressed!!! I’m glad I took this step! It’s a definite upgrade!!!!

Gabbie has been phenomenal during this process! I had no idea what was going on with my application until she reached out to let me know that she had taken over my application, and ever since that point, the communication has been amazing! Trying to find somewhere to call home can be very frustrating, but Gabbie made the process extremely smooth. She was available whenever I called, or emailed questions. It’s such a relief to know that there are still good people in the world that love doing their job! Thanks again to the staff and most importantly, Gabbie! The entire transition was extremely smooth. The communication and customer service was top tier! The welcome bag that I received had a personalized note in it. That was very sweet.
