Preston Run Apartments

A week into our new home, and we couldn't be happier! Moving from another state meant doing everything over the phone and email, but the leasing team made it a breeze. They are so kind and were incredibly helpful throughout the process. It’s also great to see the maintenance team stay on top of things—the grounds look fantastic every day. We’re so thankful for such a smooth start and highly recommend this community.

I have lived in Goodlettsville for 2 years, and lived in Preston Run Apts in my second year. Everything is better than the apartment unit next to them if anyone is considering. (CC, I lived there in my first year, which was total fiasco) Staff members worked really hard, always had a professional attitudes. Facilities were better as well. If you hesitate between the one next to it, Choose here instead.

I’ve lived at Preston Run for about a year and my experience has been very disappointing. There have been repeated late-night noise disturbances from the unit above me that management has failed to properly address. One recent night the disturbance started around 12:05 AM and continued until I had to call the police twice. The banging stopped once officers arrived, but I still did not get rest until after 2:00 AM. Property manager Kellie Sleeper was rude and dismissive when I tried to address the issue. Despite recordings and a police response, she said the noise was just “normal apartment sounds.” I also have a documented disability affected by sleep disruption, which management is aware of. When I asked for corporate contact information to escalate the issue, Kellie told me to “Google

The apartments themselves are great. Very well maintained, nice grounds, and the maintenance team is responsive and helpful. However, the front office, specifically the manager, is a major downside. I've had ongoing issues with my upstairs neighbors, and when Instead of offering support, the office staff responded with condescension and a complete lack of concern. On one occasion, I was actually laughed at. It's incredibly frustrating to feel like your concerns are being mocked. Also, take the glowing 5 star reviews with a grain of salt. I've personally been in the office on two separate occasions where I overheard management offering rent discounts or gift cards in exchange for positive reviews. That should raise red flags!! Great place to live until you need to deal with the office.

Working with Kellie and the whole team at Preston Run has been an absolute pleasure! They genuinely care about their residents and take immense pride in maintaining beautiful, well-kept grounds.
