We literally just moved in three months ago DONT DO IT SAVE YOUR MONEY. Although we were promised a fully renovated apartment, a lot of things have not been completed. Maintenance is very neglectful leasing office is in an apartment because the actual office has a big bashed piece of glass and I now see why. You would think after being here for three months and putting in maintenance orders are request will be fulfilled. But no, we are now stuck in a 15 month leasing agreement and living very uncomfortably. We have contacted the leasing office put a maintenance request and contacted the woman who showed us the apartment to begin with. We have received absolutely no response. Not only would I not recommend this place to my worst enemy - there is no accountability for REITs owned by a Canadian Corporation doing business with residents in FL. I have lived here 12 years and have typically been ignored for most maintenance requests in a timely manner. But this particular request was made not just twice on the phone, and now twice in person (escalating the issue), it was made on behalf of other tenants that are also affected (see pics). What prompted the 1 star rating, was the 1 star service in rectifying this issue - as it could affect my family legally. My mailbox had been broken for a month and still not fixed. They made a a lot of good changes within the recent months but the washing and drying machines are my biggest complaint they charge so much to use them and they never work properly and always out of service its time to upgrade and change them out I’m tired of having to run 2, 1 hour drying cycles to dry one sheet it’s frustrating I shouldn’t be taking almost 3 hours to do laundry. Consider yourself lucky if you have a 1 bedroom you get in unit washer and dryer

I have lived here for almost 1 year. It hasn’t been all bad but it’s hard to find good when dealing with rude people. Maurice has been great with communication. BUT… the lady Susie which I don’t believe is her real name..is extremely rude. She is not professional.. she fail to address any issues. I have attempted to request all documents causing my rent and payments made.. she reads off another’s tenants confidential information.Speaking with other tenants I’m not the only person who is having this problem with her. She has called me numerous times with someone else information and not knowing who she is speaking with. If she cant manage the records then why is she in this position. While on the phone with her she stated she had someone in front of her and was hanging up when she could not

I have been here since 2019 . At first I just wanted to get out because of old management but then Pastora came and made some changes. She was nice , professional and humble. Things started to change slowly but there was some changes . Unfortunately she has moved on to better opportunities. Now we have Maurice who is very attentive informative and friendly. There are times that he is here past office hours getting complaints and fixes done . After being here this long I’m not going no where.Every apartment complex has their own issues but if at least they trying it’s worth staying .
