I just got done living here after 13 month lease and I would say at first it was a great place starting out. Due to management always changing it seems that the care factor just went out the window. dumpsters always over full, gates always being broken and needed fixing, pool not being able to be used by the residents, and on my outside side door it was always leaking in water when it rained really hard. With me moving out I received my final bill. I Call into the office to ask some questions and was meet with dishonest answers. I Loved living here at first with my family but would not recommend for first time person looking into an apartment.

Honestly this place seemed ok at first but in reality its always something going on here. From the pool never working and when it does non residents take up all the space. To almost no parking no accountability to who actually lives here. The gate is always always broken so random people come in. I had my bicycle stolen and a whole speed bag stolen. Per POLICY they aren't allowed to have cameras on property so theft is very easy I've also had an attempt on my tires being stolen here. One time 2 cars had a set of tires stolen in 1 night. So per POLICY your property isnt safe and they can lie about having cameras near the dump but not actually have any cameras. I'd double check If this place is good for you. The price is fair but its almost negated with all the other struggles. Its close to

just moved in & already love this place!! the colors of the buildings are very fun! the staff are super amazing & accommodating, they were incredibly helpful during our move in and the expenses were extremely reasonable. Ariel and Tiffany made our move so smooth. & even though we've just got here, the community here is welcoming. this place feels like a community more than just another apartment & I can't wait to be a part of it.

Loved living here. The staff and manager were caring and attentive. They were very understanding when i had mistakenly left a 60 day notice as a draft in my inbox instead of sending it, very thorough with all maintenance requests, and generally friendly and competent. Will miss this place. Thank you Tiffany, Ariel, and all of the staff at the Strand for making it a wonderful place to lease at. That being said, they do have a basketball court where the hoop is on the long side of the court instead of the ends and i always thought that was kinda weird. Loved living here!

Tiffany and Ariel are the best! I’ve felt so welcomed and they’ve always been so very helpful:) The maintenance team is top tier and gets things done so quickly! And the pool is great for cookouts!!
