Do NOT rent from these people! Constant rent increases with little upkeep. Pot smell in halls and trash thrown on stairs. Parking is not enforced and Handicap parking spots are taken with no monitoring. Driveway in winter is ICE packed and no salt placed or removal of hazard. If you have an issue and negative feedback you will be punished and lease not renewed rather than improving situation. Upper management is arrogant and unprofessional and does Not Care about keeping units occupied by decent renters. The management just wants people with Low Expectations that do not care themselves about a clean environment . Moorhead Office is a revolving door of staff. Zach however is fantastic and the only one with any tact or professionalism. He is a true Gem.

I repeat DO NOT RENT here they’re the WORSE the rent increase every 6-12 months. They have a new property manager every few months nobody can seem to run this office right and they will tell you can let them know if you renewing a month before your lease up and a RUDE manager name Rita Olson comes in and says that was old management that gave the wrong information and you have to put your two months in. There is no communication what so ever with this company. Again BEWARE about renting here the halls are dirty people leave glass alcohol bottles and cigarettes in the hallways and the floors are dirty and the halls smell terrible of cigarettes and Marijuana and the fire alarm goes off very often waking up @4am to leave with your children to wait outside in the cold while the fire department

At first it wasn’t bad around 2021. Since then all the common areas are trashed. There is literally garbage everywhere. The grass area has trash everywhere and nobody picks it up. I barely made a mark on the place and they kept $200 plus out of my $375 deposit. I had an efficiency where the temperature was not consistent. Had to pay $100 month for heat and electricity….when I didn’t use any cuz it was a hotbox. Also my rent went from $710 to $910 for 350 square feet. It’s a literal joke. Do not move here.

If you like trash being blown in-front of your sliding door and sitting there for days, or like walking outside and almost stepping on needle syringes, or music blasting from multiple places in an apartment, or opening your front door to putrid smells coming from the hallway, or like speaking to the properties condescending staff. Then this is the place for you! If anyone can tell. I would NOT recommend this apartment to anyone. Worst decision ever.

I would not suggest renting in the 800 building. It’s not a home feeling whatsoever. The resident manager is rude and is not nice towards anybody having dogs here. She expects you to vacuum the hallway even if it wasn’t your fault but there’s grass leading to your door. Do you know how many people walk past to go to the elevator? So glad we are out of here this month. It’s disgusting and nobody picks up after themselves. You’ll get blamed for other peoples dirtiness. If I wasn’t stuck in a lease here I would have been long gone to a more welcoming complex. Maybe if there was a friendlier resident manager living here it would be more welcoming.
