Stonebridge Apartments

infested in roaches and mice , not to mention rats coming from underneath the porch if you're on ground level. the maintenance covered the holes in the walls with tape then painted over it. I had to stuff the ENTIRE floor lining of the apartment with aluminum foil because of the roaches and mice coming through was ridiculous. There is no reason a luxurious apartment like you sell it to be should be "fixed on a budget" The walls are short , they don't even touch the floor boards and the panels don't even make it to touch the walls .

I lived in Stonebridge apts in Norwood and sometimes it takes maintenance a while to fix problems but he would fix them. I have no complains other than the laundry was a bit run down but the staff was wonderful and never had a problem with mice or roaches. I regret leaving Norwood

Don't rent a apartment at this place it's like a scam, if u have a friend visiting you u have to go out to give him a visitor stick to park a car at a visitor park it's the most scam I have seen in the world, never seen other place who have place for visitor park and ask for visitor stick! The laundry machine broke all the time and u have to go to the towel dealer everyday !

This place is infested with mice, we couldn't live there anymore. The only good thing is the manger Olga, she is very helpful and cooperative

Would be nice to have a opportunity to live here? I applied 7 years ago I don't even think they have a property at all!!!!!
