Stone Hill

I moved into a unit at Stonehill because of the great location and price. When the appliances worked, it was fine to live in. The stonehill plaza and heb were nearby. However, there were some issues that I faced that made me feel that it wasn't as "luxury" as it claimed to be. Every month there would be bugs that somehow come into the unit when though I keep the doors and windows closed most of the time. This included cockroaches every month. Called pest control three times and all they did was put bug traps around and blamed the neighbors. I also have to say that even though the maintenance guy is okay, I found his comments a little rude sometimes, and even though this is TMI, his body odor was so strong it would linger in the room even after he left. I would have to air out the room.

I cannot say enough about the staff, maintenance, and management. Claudia, Iris, and Shadow are always super friendly, helpful, genuine, and professional. They always go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. My family and I definitely feel at home here and plan to stay here for a while.

I’m writing this about 4 months after moving out, and I can honestly say this apartment set the bar high for my first rental experience. I never had any issues while living here, and even after moving out, everything went smoothly. I’d heard horror stories about surprise move-out fees, but that was not the case at all. The location is convenient, the maintenance team is reliable, and overall, it was a great place to live. I’ve recommended this complex to several people already and would happily do so again.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the property management at the apartment complex where I reside. I believe I have been the victim of a scam and am being charged an excessive amount of money. I have lived in the apartment for one year and three months, and it was in excellent condition when I left. However, the property management company, they are now charging me $517.00 for damages I truly believe is excessive. Despite my efforts to resolve this issue with the property management company, I have been unsuccessful. I have visited the office on several occasions to discuss the matter, but my concerns have not been taken into consideration. I am deeply disappointed by this situation and strongly advise anyone who is considering moving to this apartment complex to exercise

If you’re looking for a sweet, hassle-free, quiet, family-oriented apartment complex, you’ve found a winner. My partner and I have lived here for a little over a year and have truly enjoyed our experience. We did A LOT of research before moving in and with (the incredible) Judy’s help found the perfect unit for our family. These apartments are extremely noise-resistant since they’re built with a concrete frame, as opposed to wood framing. We barely ever hear our neighbors and often forget they exist (2nd floor apt). Amenities are spectacular: great well kept pool, spacious and private 24/7 gym, walking trails throughout the complex, dog park and adjacent children’s park, etc. Parking is a dream, almost always park right outside our unit, otherwise very short distances away.
