They have been managing most of them since my father was alive, and all of them since I inherited. When he passed on a couple of years ago he left them to me. I used the management services for over 14 years for my condo property. Amber and the other staff were efficient, helpful and pleasant to work with. I never had to worry about collecting rent or taking care of repairs. They did it all. I would use them again.

If I could rate 0, I would. Not only did we move into a dirty house that we had to clean ourselves and fill holes in walls, etc, but we put up a privacy fence costing over $1000 AND we thoroughly cleaned AND had professional cleaners come in before we left and they still charged us $500 for cleaning. We left that house in MUCH better shape than we came in to and they still charged us. Absolute bullshit. I’ve seen how some people leave rentals and this right here is why they leave them like that, because no matter what, you’ll charge them anyway!!! Rent from someone else!!

I've rented from the company for going on six years. I've never had an unfair experience. The grounds are regularly tended to. Maintenance issues are addressed timely and with decency. My daughter left her bike by the bus stop, it went missing, they installed a bike rack to chain bikes to. I've never witnessed or experienced unfair or defamatory treatment. Even when issues arise due to housing codes, they address them with a professional courtesy.

My experience was exactly the same as Jared's, the house was disgusting when we moved in, and we cleaned it thoroughly before moving out, leaving it better than we found it. These landlords were never friendly or hospitable to work with, and as a parting gift charged us with a bogus and completely self-serving fee. ADDITIONALLY their complete lack of help with mites/bugs in the house which bit up both my roommate and myself when we moved in. Granted the lease did warn us they wouldn't help with THAT sort of insect problem, but funny how it's almost like they'd dealt with that before. You can find better deals in Stillwater.
