The Stillwater Housing authority does not follow up on their applicants. They pay Section 8 rent for one person living in a 4 bedroom houses? How does that happen? I have always been told that if you live alone you cannot qualify for no more than a 1-2 bedroom. Someone not doing their job and need to follow up on those tenants.

The landlord Mathew will knock once and u tell him to wait a sec and he just barge's in while your in your boxers and he will open your apartment and let anyone in to where it feels unsafe to live here knowing he will open it for anybodyand he wont fix anything without taking months to do it and the roaches are a huge problem they are everywhere and they expect us not to say anything or they evict u

Very friendly and informative. Some workers actually seem like they care. Those ones are awesome!
