Do not rent from Cindy s on floor 2 she is very under qualified to be a landlord and does not withhold her side of the lease + her daughter lives in the apartment and tries to be in control of everything that goes on since her mom owns it

Very nice clean rooms. Saved us money vs 2 hotel rooms. Rooms required using stairs for access, a little inconvenience for our special needs grandchild. But not a showstopper

As an owner of one of condos. I like place. Parking is great for residents. Picture of pool is not a true picture. Mostly college kids and b&b type of places.

I lived in a 4-bedroom apartment at Stillwater Flats for a year and a half after a lease take-over. I had a wonderful time living there! The staff were very polite and always able to assist me with any problems I had. They handled every package I had come through the main office with care, and I never had any problems with maintenance staff being slow-to-respond. Management was very helpful when I had issues with a roommate. The units are a little expensive, but when you consider the distance you are from campus, several restaurants, and a liquor store for those of us over the age of 21, it really can't be beat. My unit was fully-furnished, and most of the furniture was in great condition. The internet was occasionally a bit of an issue, but nothing too problematic. Overall, Stillwater Fl

I had the pleasure of living here for 2 years. The location was perfect and I was able to comfortably walk to campus daily without having to leave early. The best part of Stillwater Flats, though, is the staff. They are the friendliest, most helpful people you're likely to encounter in student housing, and they were nothing short of fantastic for my entire stay there. I could not recommend Stillwater Flats more highly.
