We lived in this complex for a long time. We thought that the previous management was not doing much but understandable during and after covid. The new manager is somewhat of a bully sending out inspection notices and not following up with them wasted a whole day waiting for her then ended up not showing up without notifying us. If we could give a 0 star we would.

Id give no stars if I could! Linda is the worst manager, she’s never in the office and is likely paid for 40 hours but isn’t in the office more than 2 hours a day, maintenance is incompetent at fixing anything. It takes way too long for something to be fixed! Covid isn’t an excuse!! Tenants on second and third floors are always stomping or blaring a sound system passed hours and are never talked too.. just the worst place ever!

Wonderful place to live. Manager treats everyone like family always says hi when you are outside and will call you by your name. Landscape is kept up on a weekly basis. When it snows icemelt is put down so you don't fall going down your stairs . Ice melt is also kept where residents can get to it if needed. Maintenance guy is always quick about getting things done I have never waited months on end for something to be done its always done in a timely manner. I loved living here recommend it to anyone!!!!

I live on one of the third floors and if you heard the fire alarm go off at some odd hour of the night that one time along with loud noises like stomping, slamming or yelling sometimes throughout December and January I’m sincerely sorry about that 😭 downstairs neighbors, thank you for being chill
