Spring Haven Apartments

Have lived here now for almost 3 years and it is my favorite apartment complex out of the many I have previously lived in. The location is extremely central, it’s a quiet community, the maintenance team is great, the grounds are always kept beautifully, and I never hear my neighbors even though the units are directly next to each other. Also I love having two closets in the master, you don’t see that often. The reason for only 4 stars is a couple of reasons. I would not consider the interiors of these units luxury at all even though they are advertised to be. To say these units are new construction, the interior design is so dated and cheap materials were used to build these homes. The kitchen and master bathroom are my least favorite parts of my unit due to how dated they feel. Don’t eve

ANTS ANTS ANTS THEY ARE EVERYWHERE IN THIS TOWNHOME. And the management company has only treated for pest ONCE since I’ve been here, and only in ONE SPOT! In fact the pest inspector was in my home for a total of two minutes or less. I showed the maintenance man at least 10 days prior to treatment multiple videos where there were hundreds (possibly thousands at this point) of ants infested in this unit. I’ve lived here for LESS THAN 30 days, and all I can say is beware of the ants!! If you are a clean person, but have young kids this is not the place for you!!! Let’s start with the main level. The vinyl floor was completely filthy upon move-in to where our socks were completely black after only 10 minutes of walking on the floor (I do not allow people to wear shoes in my house). I have

This is an amazing community. Everything is always super organized, clean and the staff makes sure they always give you the best service. Very rapid turn-around times for maintenance. We feel an amazing sense of belonging and that we are part of a great neighborhood. They're always doing community events and trying to get us involved. Love living here! Central access to major highways, restaurants, shopping centers, entertainment, and other major surrounding cities & events. One of the safest places I have ever lived & the best maintenance services I've ever received!

I haven't even moved in yet and my experience with Melanie alone has been terrific. From the inception of the tour through my approval process, she's just a get-it-done kind of lady, the type of property manager you would want overseeing your community. 5 stars for the beautiful homes, the grounds and especially Melanie!!
